I wish my journey had been like a fairy tale, transforming me into a leader with the wave of a magic wand. In reality, growth and development take years of dedication and continuous learning. Every step of my career has naturally led me to my role as a global HR leader.
My entire experience has been with technology companies—both service- and product-driven. I have always dived deep into the details while maintaining a high-level perspective, ensuring alignment with the company’s larger vision. Thinking on a global scale is never easy—it requires constant trade-offs and balancing local decisions with global long-term strategic goals. With every small step, every discussion, and even every mistake, I’ve learned to navigate these complexities.
Partnering with engineers has always been an inspiring experience. They challenge the status quo, prioritize efficiency, and are relentless in their pursuit of well-architected, scalable solutions. In that sense, we speak the same language.
