From his very first mobile phone, he’s been all about mobile development, mastering languages like Java, Swift, React Native, and exploring all the ins and outs of mobile technology. Heading up the mobile department of EffectiveSoft six years ago was a next logical step in his career, building upon his expertise as a recognized mobile expert with a SAFe certificate. With the goal to transform clients’ vision into reality, Eugene is continuously learning to create the perfect user experience.

Eugen’s dedication to smooth, effective workflows led to the creation of ESync – one of the key company’s internal tools for effectively managing the employee workloads, tracking projects, assigning employees to projects, and more. ESync successfully eliminates the issues related to incorrect or ineffective resource allocation.
