Karina Kashuba - EffectiveSoft
Back to experts

“Under the pressure of tight deadlines and the focus on delivering a high-quality product, many companies forget about its true value. This can lead to failure. Success depends on empathy and listening to the people you are designing for.”

About

Karina is the company’s design lead and an advocate of design thinking across all areas of work, both internally and with clients.

With over seven years of experience in multidisciplinary design, she brings a new perspective to our design processes and consistently ensures exceptional client experiences on projects EffectiveSoft delivers. Her other areas of focus include developing our company’s branding, participating in marketing campaigns, and communicating our company’s value during the pre-sale phase.

“Let the experts be experts and keep your plate manageable” is some advice I overheard this week. Naturally, I went beyond this and learnt the language of a star player within in my team that will allow us to enhance our communication, and continue to sprint seamlessly towards our goals. Thanks to Karina, our UI/UX game has made some seriously impressive progress in 2023 and long may that continue.
