Introducing Vladimir, our Delivery Manager with an impressive 24+ years of experience in the IT field. Holding two higher education degrees in Computer Engineering (specializing in Artificial Intelligence) and Economics, he combines technical proficiency with financial acumen. He began his career as a junior developer and rose to the position of team leader. Later, he spent nearly a decade developing Core Banking systems, advancing from a team leader to a project manager.

Since joining EffectiveSoft in 2019, Vladimir has excelled as a Delivery Manager. His certifications, including Professional Scrum Master I, SAFe 6 Agilist, AWS Partner: Sales Accreditation (Business), and OCI Generative 2024 AI Certified Professional, highlight his expertise. Vladimir’s project management skills demonstrated through his effective handling of complex projects ensure successful implementations from ideation to execution.

Vladimir’s ability to communicate seamlessly with both technical and non-technical partners allows him to balance business requirements and technical specifications. His proactive approach and problem-solving skills make him an invaluable asset in enterprise environments, ensuring that projects align with broader client goals.

Vladimir has been on two of my projects and in both projects displayed himself to be competent, resourceful and most importantly invested in the projects. It often feels like he is part of my team because he makes the project his own. His communication with his team on calls, with my team and myself, has always been open, direct and honest which is critical in building trust with long term projects like ours.
