This is a great time of year for reflection, gratitude, and setting our sights on the next year. 2022 was an interesting year (to say the least) and tested our resilience from many angles. We have found that our team is incredibly strong and has shown the ability to deliver great results for our clients even while dealing with many challenging geopolitical events.
We celebrated our 22nd year in business and our founder, Alex Kirkovsky, officially moved to the board as I took the CEO role in May of 2022. We’re proud of the great company that Alex built, and we’re grateful for his mentorship as our chairman of the board.
Also, we have great clients that showed what it meant to be a partner vs just a “vendor” by trusting in our teams and showing great empathy. We have repeat clients since 2004 and brand new clients from this year that share the same values and outlook on our partnership. We’re incredibly grateful for our clients and will continue to focus everything we do to help these companies transform their vision into reality.

2023 is an exciting and important year for EffectiveSoft. We’re focused on continuing to attract amazing employees by providing a positive working environment and challenging/interesting projects to work on. We’re grateful to be entering 2023 with great repeat business from 2022 and plan to grow our global client base in the USA, UK, and the Middle East. We have exciting plans to open delivery centers in new locations and hire strategic leaders in 2023.
