EffectiveSoft employees have successfully completed SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) training. The training involved two core courses, “SAFe for Teams” and “Leading SAFe.”
The SAFe for Teams course was primarily designed to equip our employees with the knowledge and skills necessary to become an effective member of an Agile Release Train (ART). They were trained on how to collaborate effectively with other teams and how to deliver value at scale. They also learned about the Agile process, Scrum principles, roles and events, and the importance of continuous improvement.
On the other hand, the Leading SAFe course was directed towards our leaders and senior executives. This course helped them to understand the Lean-Agile mindset, how to apply the principles and practices of SAFe, and how to lead a Lean-Agile transformation at enterprise scale.
