A cloud-based solution for management of real estate portfolio

Our client is a technology and communications consulting company that has been offering software products for real estate for over a decade.

Real estate agents used to carry heavy folders with property information and marketing materials to meetings, trade shows, and other events. To enhance property management and offer a more modern approach for real estate agents and contractors, the client required a cloud-based system accompanied by mobile apps accessible in both iOS and Android devices. The system had to store all necessary information about properties in a cloud and allow access to it from anywhere.

We developed a cloud-based system that helps manage and present the property portfolio for real estate agencies and contractors. The system has a dashboard that allows its users to manage all the necessary information and access it from anywhere they need. The property information includes photos, demographic information, agent contacts, documents, maps, site plans, and nearby competitor offerings. Users can also organize meetings to sell or lease properties.

In addition, our solution utilizes Google StreetView to enable users to walk around the place of interest. When offline, the app provides a static area map image as an alternative. The app also features an option for emailing property flyers to lease prospects.

Users can access the system not only via any browser but also via a mobile application that is available for iOS and Android. The mobile app synchronizes data with the cloud, downloads recent profile updates while online, and stays functional even when not connected to the Internet. The users of the application synchronize data such as photos, site maps, contacts of leasing agents and tenants, property addresses against the centralized database, and download the information over-the-air. The portfolio is available in offline mode.

The cloud-based system we created for the client allows real estate agents and contractors to manage their property portfolio effortlessly.
