Job description

We are seeking a skilled JavaScript Game Developer to design, develop, and manage the lifecycle of our multiplayer games. This role will involve working with both client and server-side game logic, graphics, sound, and new features. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of game design and a passion for creating engaging and fun gaming experiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop new games and extend existing games using JavaScript.
• Work on game logic, graphics, sounds, and other game features.
• Enhance and add flare to existing games.
• Identify and fix bugs in our games catalog.
• Collaborate with the games team to improve game design and functionality.
• Take on independent game design tasks with minimal supervision.

Requirements

• Experience in JavaScript game development, specifically for multiplayer platforms.
• Demonstrated knowledge of game design principles.
• Proficient in creating visually compelling graphics in games.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of game development projects.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.

Preferences

While not a requirement, experience with online casino development or e-gaming industry is a plus.

Work environment

We have a dedicated games team of six to seven people. We value creativity, initiative, and a collaborative spirit. We encourage our developers to take a hands-on approach, with the freedom to make informed decisions about game design and development.

Note: The ability to work in Pacific Time is beneficial but not a strict requirement.
