Meet Marina, our security mindset ambassador. Having a strong technical background in Standardization, Metrology, and Information Systems, complemented by a master’s degree in Quality Provision, she leads our security posture.

Certified as an ISO/IEC 27001 Implementer and a professional OKR Coach, Marina is responsible for developing and enhancing our information security management system, managing risks, and maintaining regulatory and standard compliance.

She also plays a pivotal role in implementing the OKR framework. From coaching and consulting departments on setting OKRs to organizing and handling company-wide planning and retrospectives, Marina ensures clarity and focus in achieving our strategic goals.

Marina is an incredibly responsible and proactive team member with exceptional attention to detail. Most importantly, she has a deep understanding of her subject matter and constantly applies her expertise to ensure the robustness and continuity of our processes.
